Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or non-attendance to a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee. • Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. 3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, subject to availability. 4. Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed
