Cancellation Policy

Appointment Booking: All appointments for EFT tapping sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late Cancellation/No-Show: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice or non-attendance to a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session fee (unless this is FREE intro tapping session) Emergency Situations: In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done so at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time, subject to availability. Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed. Payment Policy: Payment Method: Payment for EFT tapping sessions is due at the time of booking or before the session begins. We accept payment via major credit cards (see list under payments). Session Packages: For clients purchasing session packages, full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. Unused sessions within a package may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion and any applicable terms and conditions. Session Duration: EFT tapping sessions typically last 60 minutes. Please allocate sufficient time for the session, including any necessary preparation or post-session relaxation. Confidentiality: All client information and session details will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy. We adhere to professional standards of confidentiality and ethical guidelines. Informed Consent: By booking an appointment for an EFT tapping session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to our booking policy, as well as any associated terms and conditions. Updates to Policy: We reserve the right to update our booking policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or on our website.
